Install the plugin

$ symfony plugin:install -r <versionnumber> sfSortablePropelPager

Enable the plugin. Eg. in your ProjectConfiguration.class.php

$this->enablePlugins(array('sfSortablePropelPager'));
```
Enable the helper. Eg. in your backendConfiguration.class.php

$this->loadHelpers(array('sfSortablePropelPager'));
```
Clear your cache
